Review - They claim to be the friendliest gym in town and I would imagine that to be true. While I was in town I found the Gold Coast to be very comfortable. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and I was always able to work my routine without long waits.

Review - Carmine (the owner) is a great guy and the rest of the staff is always pleasant. It's a clean facility and fresh coffee is always available. I've gone at all times of the day and it was never crowded. What more can you ask for?
